Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of placing your order for standard processing. We always try our best to get shipments out as quickly as possible but processing time may increase depending on order volume. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12PM PST will be processed the following day.
If you are interested in expedited shipping, we have options for that too. Just select the desired service at checkout for the respective rates. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 24 HOURS TO PROCESS EXPEDITED ORDERS.
We also offer free returns for all U.S. orders as well. Just make sure the materials have not been worn or used and return your item(s) in their original packaging 30 days from the date you received it using the provided return slip. Please allow approximately 48 hours from the time we receive your item(s) to process your return or exchange. We will contact you directly if your requested exchange is no longer in stock.
International customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Otherwise, same return 30-day policy applies.
